Phase 1: Week 2

Week 2 - PRE-DIET
If you are doing well on the First Cleanse, do the liver flush below for 1-5 days in additional to the First Cleanse.
I would recommend the following liver cleanse for at least 2-3 days.
Recipe:
Mix the following ingredients in a blender:
Juice of 1 sweet grapefruit OR 2 oranges
Juice of 1or 2 lemons OR limes
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 t. freshly grated ginger root OR 1-2 cloves raw garlic
pinch of cayenne pepper OR freshly ground black pepper
I poured it over 2 ice cubes and drank it. A friend of mine added ice cubes in the blender to make a slushy.
Drink organic herbal teas and pure water to help your body eliminate the toxins that are being cleansed form your liver

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
Avoid Fast Food.
