Phase 1: Week 1

WEEK 1 PRE-DIET

Go to the Health Food Store, or order online, and get First Cleanse by Renew Life
-Follow the instructions for the 2 week cleanse

Day by Day Guide:
On rising, after brushing teeth, take 1 A-dophi-cap, drink one cup of Ooolong Tea.
Wait 15 minutes.
Take 1 teaspoon of Adreno and 1 tsp of Propepsia and 1 tsp of Hepato.
Wait 20 minutes.
Eat a large breakfast.
Take 3 digestive enzymes.
Take 1 tsp of A-Z Liquid.
Add a salad to both lunch and dinner.
Take 3 digestives enzymes with each meal.
Take 1 tsp of A-Z Liquid 30 minutes after dinner.
Before bedtime, take 1 tsp of Adreno, Hepato, and Propepsia 30 minutes before or after you take your night time meds.
Right before bed, take 1 A-dophi-cap.

**Slowly increase the A-dophi-caps to 3 capsules twice a day.

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water. If you weigh 180 pounds, drink 90 ounces of water per day.

Avoid Fast Food, like the PLAGUE.
