PHASE 4 – FINAL PHASE for LIFE! This Phase is the REST OF YOUR LIFE!
Congratulations!!!!! You have now reset your Weight Set Point and returned your metabolism to high function.
To keep the weight off from now on, you should avoid eating processed GMO (genetically modified) foods, avoid all highly processed sugars such as Sucrose (white table sugar), High Fructose Corn Syrup (sodas, fruit drinks, package goods), Trans Fats (hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats on labels), Artificial Sweeteners (aspartame, etc.)
Switch to natural products whose names you can pronounce.
Eat only organic foods if possible.
Avoid Fast Foods and Brand Name restaurants and products.
Do a complete Colon/Parasite Cleanse.
Eat 1 organic apple per day.
Eat salads with lunch and dinner.

Yoga and Pilates have made a huge difference in my body as well. Both work your entire body, along with stretching and strengthening your core (abs and back). I would suggest yoga for a month or two before you start Pilates.
