Phase 3
PHASE 3 – MAINTENANCE
First 3 weeks (no sugar, no starches)
This is the most important part of the program, this is what resets your Weight Set Point permanently.
The goal is to maintain your weight, not lose more weight. If you need to lose more weight, you can do another round in 6 weeks.
Weigh yourself EVERYDAY. If you are 2 pounds over your last HCG day weight, do a Steak Day. Page 34 of the blue book.
No homeopathics are taken at this time.
Continue your regular regime of vitamins and supplements.
Continue the digestive enzymes and acidophilus.
Eat what you want, when you want, except no sugars, no starches, no MSG, artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup.
When in doubt, refer to the food charts beginning on page 50 of the blue book.
It is important to eat REAL food; fruit, veggies, meats, fish, nuts, butter.
Margarine is BBAADDDD.
Use the Form on Page 40 to record your food intake during Phase 3.
Second 3 weeks (SLOWLY add sugars and starches)
See page 38 in the blue book for meal and food samples.
Once again, we stress that this is the MOST important part of this protocol…this is where you learn how to eat again for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!
